How It Works
Customized services to meet your organization’s needs.
Meet: I’ll schedule a free video call to discuss your HR needs and how I can help implement the right structures and provide support as you grow.
Implement: I’ll make a plan to address your HR needs, often working over the course of two to four months to meet your team, update current structures and policies, and implement new ones.
Grow: After the initial work is done, I can stay with your company a few hours a week or month to coach employees, manage benefits and payroll, and support your ongoing HR needs until you’re ready to hire a permanent HR team member.
